Walk & Move
Walking not only makes muscles stronger, it also strengthens the connections between nerves. You can even build new wiring in your brain.
Stretch & Resist class moves combined with walking and Vitamin D = happy body and happy mind.
The more you walk, the easier it becomes to walk.
This is a monthly class.
We meet at Gunnamatta Bay Pavilion.

Learn the ‘Healthy Stance’ for feet and hips.
Learn simple foot and toe strengthening exercises.
Relieve foot pain. Improve balance. Improve your walking.
Strengthening and stretching your feet will help alleviate and prevent pain throughout the rest of your body.
Great for runners, walkers, sportspeople and non-exercisers.
